Heard about Caduet? High cholesterol and high blood sufferers have probably heard about this for the fact that this prescription medication is formulated specifically to treat such conditions. It has been marketed from the United States and to other areas in the world for such purpose.

What Is Caduet?

Caduet is on the most basic a prescription medication formulated to help patients suffering from chest pain due to high blood pressure and high cholesterol to feel better. It can also be used to treat other medical conditions as determined or directed by your doctor.

Scientifically speaking, Caduet is formulated to contain a combination of two powerful drugs. Side Effects Of Caduet

All medicines are capable of causing certain side effects. That holds true for Caduet. So before taking this prescription drug to treat your hypertension, make sure to note both the most common mild and serious Caduet side effects. Well, the list includes the following:

Most Common Side Effects: Dizziness, constipation, drowsiness, diarrhea, headache, nausea, weakness, tiredness, gas, stomach aches or pains, and flushing.

Serious Side Effects: Yellowing of the skin and eyes; severe allergic reactions including swelling of the mouth, lips, tongue and face, breathing difficulty, hives, rashes, tightness in chest, and itching; unusual tiredness; fever; urine quantity change; vision alterations; muscles aches and pains; tenderness; general body discomfort; irregular or fast heartbeat; fainting; severe chest pain; vomiting; sudden severe headache; sudden leg pain; bleeding or swollen gums; sudden shortness of breath; numbness of the legs and arms; pale stools; and unexplained weight gain.
